I actually started with Beachbody before Beachbody on Demand and before the Beachbody All Access Pass. Beachbody has been part of my weight loss plan almost from the very beginning of this weight loss journey and with the on demand system improvements over the years, it just keeps getting more convenient.

Perhaps you have seen the workouts advertised and felt they were too pricey. When compared to gym memberships, the workouts are much more price efficient.

What is the Beachbody All Access Pass?
It is an on demand workout system, much like a Netflix, only this is for workouts.
Beachbody has offered an on demand system for a few years now, which gave members access to older workouts online, plus new workouts purchased separately. Now, Beachbody has the Annual All Access Pass on Demand that offers all of the workouts, new and even the workouts that are released in the year your pass is active!

How I Used Beachbody to Lose Weight
Years ago I tried losing weight at my gym down the street. That fairly well for almost 2 months. I was able to figure out how to use some of the equipment, but did not have a clue what days to work which muscle group, how many sets for the best results…you get the picture, right? I was a little lost there.
I even tried losing weight by walking in the neighborhood with friends every night. That lasted a few months off and on, but no weight loss.
Then came P90X. My (then) future husband had been doing that and Insanity. At age 40, he looked great and was in awesome shape…
Yeah, he even had the 6 pack to prove it.
I had been losing weight through eating healthier, including drinking a meal replacement shake a couple of times a day, riding horses and the occasional elliptical workout.
After my husband and I married, I decided to give P90X a try.
Wow.
It kicked my butt. After doing a few minutes at a time for a couple of weeks, gradually my strength increased and I was able to finish the workouts. I completed that program and moved on to Insanity.
From there it was T25 and P90X3. I saw my body changing into feeling and looking better than I had in my 20s…maybe ever.
We had subscribed to Beachbody workouts when on demand was initially offered, and now with the Beachbody All Access Pass, it’s an even better opportunity for a healthy lifestyle.
The variety Beachbody offers through the All Access Pass is invaluable to anyone, no matter what level of fitness. The value of Beachbody’s on Demand system is unprecedented and life changing.
Most of my fitness workouts came directly from Team Beachbody, so it made sense when I decided to work directly with my readers, to become a Beachbody Coach.
I have enjoyed seeing other women over 40 so happy with the results seen after only a few weeks of Beachbody workouts.
Personally, I do better at working out consistently when I don’t have to plan what workout do to today. Beachbody’s workouts are scientifically organized and planned out to provide the best results, rotate muscle groups correctly and push our limits at the right time for maximum weight loss, strengthening and excitement.
Most of the workouts are around 30 min long, which fits great into my busy life, as I am sure it would be yours also.
With the program calendars with each program, I know what I am doing every day with a quick glance.

Before Beachbody, I had zero knowledge of working out.
I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
Starting with P90X, I had a personal trainer in my room explaining how to position my body correctly, to maximize the effectiveness and more importantly, to prevent injury.
With every Beachbody workout I have done, the Beachbody trainer has pushed me safely to my limits. Not only do they push, but they also point out modifying exercises (there is always at least one person on screen doing the exercise at a reduced level of intensity) and remind me to take a break, if needed.
There is always a countdown clock on the screen for the exercise set and the entire workout. Now, this may sound insignificant, but I almost always watch those clocks.
On difficult days, I push myself through one exercise set at a time to get me through the end.
Beachbody Workout Calendars
The workouts are organized in a scientific, max effectiveness for weight loss and muscle toning or building depending on the workout program.
What exactly does that mean?
It means every day, I get to wake up and make decisions on what errands to run, what clothes I am wearing, what I am cooking for dinner. I do not have to decide what workout to do.
Every single workout program comes with a functional, printable calendar to take the guessing and planning out of your life. There are even rest days scheduled for you.

The first couple of years of my life with Beachbody, I did not even realize the in-depth resources on nutrition available. Thankfully, I didn’t stay in the dark forever.
Anything you can think of nutritionally, Beachbody has it. It is part of their Team Beachbody resource.
Recipes, meal planning, meal prepping…it’s all there.
So many how-to articles and education to learn everything you need to about living a healthy life.
