If this is about women over 40 losing weight, could the pictures reflect that? Seeing 20somethings measuring they're perfect waists or in a bikini, does the opposite of encouraging us women over 40 that are trying to lose weight. A 40+ body looks very different than a 20+ body. Let's see a healthy 40+ body to really encourage and inspire

Hi Stephanie Thanks for being apart of my "Take back my life journey." I was diagnosed with endometriosis a rare form, which caused my hormones and everything else to be out of control. Long story short, because I was on this roller coaster emotional, physically, and mentally I stopped doing the things I loved like exercising and eating good food. As a result, I am now a diabetic and have hypertension. This was my birthday gift at 40. I use to just take a multivitamin and now I have seven other pills to accompany that multivitamin. I refuse to be a prisoner in my own body because of a condition I didn't ask for. The doctors have found a regimen to treat the rare form of endometriosis and now I, too, have found a regimen to combat diabetes and hypertension and it with your help through fit found me.

I am 40 years old and a stepmother to a nine-year-old boy. He is wanting a little sister, but because of my PCOS and weight, fertility is an issue for me. I am 5'2 and weigh 214 lbs. My goal is to lose 75 lbs by the end of this year and retalk to my hubby about fertility treatments. Maybe if he sees I'm serious about losing weight, he'll allow us to try for a baby. :) Any suggestions you have - i'll take!
